1.1. Customers must inform to us about right address fo delivery.
1.2 Orders placed from Monday to Friday (9:30h am to 18h pm) and with destination to Spain will be shipped between 4 or 5 working days. To Portugal, Canarian Island, Balears, Andorra and Melilla, inform at pep@artandfood.eu .

1.3 If due to any reason the delivery could not be delivered to the addres informed by customer, art and food will make the possible to deliver the order by any way.
1.4. If we find that at the time of delivery you are not in the address indicated, courier will post to you the needest information to permit you to pick up the merchandise or to agree with him a different delivery date.
1.4.1 You should not pay for delivering courier cost if you have duly satisfied it through our web site www.artandfood.eu when placing orders.
1.4.2 If you do not accept the delivery, we keep aside the right to process with legal arrangements needed.
1.4.3 You denies to accept the delivery because you have cancelled the order placed, please remain that you will not be able to arrange with any cancellation of purchase orders if your order have been proceesed by us.
Infront of any case you have cancelled the order when the delivery has been proceesed, you should accept the delivery although you have to return it to us.
We will do everything we can do to make the soonest delivery.
We need your signature at the same time that courier have delivered to you the order placed. If you think that delivery is damaged you should inform to the courier just when you are receiving your order. You can place a simple note informing “NOT CHECKED” if don’t, we can’t claim to courier.
2. Rights for order cancellation/returns
2.1 You have in your own right to cancel the order only and when it have not been procesed. In the case that your order have been procesed and you wish to return the product, you can only do it only and when the items are returned within 4 working days after mercandise reception.
2.2 Art and Food revert policy has been created to minimize the courier costs to give to customers a good service to make it fast and easily. Althoug we accept reverting goods, we do not give the money back to customers but we offer to change items or we get to them a credit just for placing further orders. We do not offer a reimburses; only items change.
2.3 Defective products returned after 4 working days from delivery date, will be directly sent by us to manufacturer for being replaced. It could take 1 month or more. In the case that the returned products are for the reason of a bad state found or because they have been broken, we will check the products for the bad state that you informed to the courier when deliver. If we determine that products are in good state, we will give back to the customer all products who will have to pay the courier costs. In the case that the products were broken or in bad state we will give a credit account equivalent to the payment he has made to our favour for being applied for further orders. Courier costs are not refunded.
2.4 Infront of any case of order cancellation, we will notify to the customer by e-mail. In the case of delivery returns, we will inform through an e-mail or telephone about the total of the credit available to place a next order. Courier cost are not refunded. We will only accept goods returned with its intact wrapper and proving that it has not been handled
